To help us fix a problem quickly, tell us what you were doing, whether you use an iPhone or an Android phone, and the app version if you can find it. Screenshots help.

We will never ask for your sign-in code, so please do not send it.

Your data and privacy

To access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw your consent, use the data request page. You can also delete your account yourself in Profile → Delete account.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how long we keep it.

Report content or abuse

If someone posts something abusive or unlawful in a room, email privacy@marmotcinema.com with the room name, the username involved and, if you can, a screenshot. You can leave any room at any time: press and hold the room on the home screen, then choose Leave room.

Our Terms say what is not allowed and what we may do about it.

Movie information

Titles, plots and posters come from TMDB. If a movie’s details are wrong, the fix has to be made there. Write to us if something else looks off.
